Meeting The Yarn Harlot

                                                                         
                                                                              

The Yarn Harlot Adventure all started with this basket of goodies from Knitch.  One of the powers that be asked Kathleen if we could deliver a welcome basket to her hotel.   In a blinding split second, Kathleen and I said yes and I lunged to hug the power to be.  We grabbed our fearless leader, "H" and bolted.

                                                                        

For those that attended The Yarn Harlot's lecture, this is Anthony the doorman she was gushing about.  He was wonderfully delightful with our group and there just has to be a picture of him when you look up Southern Gentleman in Wikipedia.

The Yarn Harlot was very kind enough to come down to the lobby to spend a few minutes with us.  Yep, I got to be the first knitter in town to meet her.  It happened that I was the first in my group to spot her and move in for the "HEY, welcome to Atlanta!"

Must say Stephanie was so gracious to spend some time just talking with us in the lobby about Atlanta, gift basket, Coco-Cola and she wanted to make sure we had met Anthony.  Then we had  six women  holding an Anthony fan club meeting spontaneously.  Oh, she also was  cracking up telling us her story of running into Vickie Howell in the Atlanta Airport bathroom stalls.
