I'd gotten The Man a digital camera all of his own for Christmas. Truly an alternative motive on my part since he kept borrowing mine. Did I happen to mention they (being him and his partners) had completely worn out my first kinda lunky digital camera? I feared the same fate for my second camera.
He'd been so busying since Christmas, he really hadn't had a chance to take the camera back and get what he wanted. Something about a German sounding lens. I don't know. Saturday he did his best sweet talking routine and the manager of Best Buy's comprised with him returning the 2 months outdated camera minus a 15% restocking fee only if he purchased a 2 year warranty on his new camera. Have to wonder what type of commission she got out the warranty purchase.
The rest of the weekend was spent with The Man taking photos of everything. By Sunday afternoon both Annie and I were tired of the flashes. Even caught him taking photos of flowers laying on the ground. At least he was out having fun. Annie and I had begun to hide.
Which brings me back to the Ombre blanket. Doesn't everything lead back to the Ombre? Was going to show you how wonderful the new blending of brown is going but didn't want to risk getting out my camera or a certain paparazzi might rear it's ugly head again with 100 photo's taken rapidly with the new camera. Weighed the odds and just couldn't risk it.
Blanket is going along nicely and accomplished at least 1,000 stitches last night. It's amazing what you can do when your not being blinded by flashes.
Oooooh, the Man is hot!!

Great shot of the two of you! I keep missing a look-see at the Ombre on knit nights. Bummer.
